How does it work?

We know that going to therapy is a big step and it’s not an easy one to take. That’s why, if you decide to go for it, we want the process to be as simple and straightforward as possible.

We’ll be by your side so that you can improve your emotional well-being while being able to count on high-quality professional support that’s tailored to you.

Step 01

Tell us what’s going on

We will ask you a few simple questions to get to know your situation and what you are looking for. This way, we will know better how to help you and we will assign you to the therapist who can best accompany you.

Step 02

Meet your therapist

You’ll have an initial video session where you’ll be able to meet the professional who will join you on your therapy journey, establishing trust and confidence right from the start.

If you see that you and your therapist don’t wind up connecting for any reason, no worries: you can quickly and easily request a change of therapist.

Step 03

Start your therapy journey

In 50-minute sessions, your therapist will help you chart a course toward improvement that will adapt to you and your circumstances as you progress.

You’ll have access to your personal area so that you can easily keep track of your therapy journey. There you’ll be able to, among other things, manage your sessions and see how many you’ve had and how many you have left, as well as manage or cancel your subscription.

What do you need to know?
